Our service doesn't end with your purchase. We provide warranty (complaint) and post-warranty service to our customers. And because we understand that working without tools can be difficult, you can also rent replacement tools from our tool rental service.
We are an authorized ROTHENBERGER service center, so you can contact us directly for any complaints or warranty-related issues. There's no need to contact the store where you purchased the tools (or accessories). Each case is assessed individually, taking your needs into consideration. When handling complaints, we adhere to current legislation and the General Terms and Conditions for warranty repairs - complaints.
We offer fast and professional service for tools that are beyond the warranty period. You can find the service price list HERE. As part of post-warranty service, we also conduct tool inspections. We understand that malfunctioning tools can be a significant inconvenience. Leave the repair worries to us and choose replacement equipment from our tool rental service.
